Firearms training is valuable in a sense but might also take warming up to; Jean has anxieties about running out of ammunition and also the bit where people in the City will, at times, just parry & dodge an entire supply of bullets and then kick you in the face hard enough to shatter your spine to dust. Some of those anxieties are because that's how they handle people with guns! The martial arts of that hellscape go a bit ham.
So, thoughtlines:
- Telekinetic martial arts (pull them by the shirt into a hit, trip people with loose branches, etc)
- No particular defenses or weaknesses? Unless Lucas is out here regularly swanking around in armor I guess
- Uncontrolled retrocognition, likely significantly distressing at first, Jean may believe they're being attacked by a cognitohazard
- "What do you mean the ghosts are usually invisible? What kind of super ghosts y'all got here???"
